Jennifer Stubbs has an M.S. in Child Development from the Erikson Institute and is currently a full-time mom. A five year veteran science teacher and a lifetime nature enthusiast, she spent a year focusing her energy on helping to develop nature play programs for children and their families at the Brookfield Zoo Hamill Family Play Zoo and is now gearing up to facilitate a nature play group in her local green space. Her knowledge of science, nature, and children fuels her passion to continue to work with children and families to foster connections with nature and one another.
WilderWonder Nature Play is a project which seeks to empower caregivers of young children, whether in a formal or informal setting, with ideas and resources to facilitate connections between ourselves and our environment and promote nature-play opportunities for our children.
